I first started doing pilates when, after years of going to the gym, I was looking for a new way to move and challenge my body mindfully. I fell in love with how pilates brought a greater awareness and understanding of the body and mind and how it complimented other aspects of my daily life. After some years I decided to start my pilates teaching course to further my knowledge and I'm excited to be able to share this positive experience with others.
